I'm running Stata 15.1 on a Mac OS and working with cross-sectional survey data. I'm trying to model a binary dependant variable that is skewed towards 0:

I ran the model with the 'logit' command. But when I tried using the 'precalc' command to obtain an estimate of the proportional reduction in error, I receive the following message:

I'm not sure how this can be. While my dependent variable is indeed skewed, there are over 100 cases that are not 0. Does anyone know what the issue is here?
