Dear all.
I am new to stata. I have a panel dataset on these variables: city days PM2.5 PM10, Ambient temperature, number of tests of COVID , number of positives number of deaths populationdensity health index . I have this data for 10 cities over 300 days . I want to see the effect of the air pollution and meteorological data on covid positivity and case fatality rate. I read a lot of articles and i have understood that we must use a panel regression. Now I have calculated the positivity rate and this is not linearly distributed. So i need to use a non linear regression. I was trying to use xtpoisson or xtnbreg but i am not clear whether I should use the or xtgee. I want to see the effect on cities also. Can anyone help me ? Also I am not clear how should I use the data on populationdensity and health index as these are not time variant.
