Hi all,
I have two variables that I would like to "stack" on top of one another for an RD estimation. So, basically, var1 has a cutoff of -.8 and var2 has a cutoff of -.9. I would like to normalize the cutoff so that I can combine these variables and see in an RD plot how they look at the cutoffs. Can anyone help with this? I think I need to create some sort of "Distance from the cutoff" variable for each var, and then combine the new variables. Any ideas?
Thanks!
