Hunter et al (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jclinepi.2014.03.003) suggested that conventional funnel plots (log odds vs. 1/standard error) used to assess for potential publication bias (PB) in meta-analyses are inaccurate for meta-analyses of proportion studies with low proportion outcomes. Funnel plots of study size against log odds may be a more accurate way of assessing for PB in these studies. However, I'm struggling to create it as no Stata package support it (as far as I know). Please guide me about how can I create a funnel plot with sample size vs. log odds in proportion studies (consider I'm not a good programmer). Thank you for your guidance.
