Hello,
I'm looking to create a bar chart that represents the distribution of 3-year recidivism percentages across zip codes. Below is a visual representation of what I envision the chart to look like. I've used the "Graphics" tool in Stata but can't seem to find the option that shows the range for recidivism across zip codes.
