I am just starting my path and learning use of Stata. Can someone help me to solve the task given by my Prof. in terms of commands that I should be entering?

I attached the task to this topic; also experience difficulties in understanding what kind of commands I should enter to solve it.


If someone would either explain what to do or just write an order of commands undertaken, I would be very grateful.
