Hello,
I am conducting a single meta-analysis with the metaprop package and have come across a few issues that I could use some feedback on.
1) For my overall effect estimate (proportion) I am getting a value of zero as my outcome of mortality is rare. Is there any code that will allow stata to provide me with an effect estimate per 1000 observations?
2) As this is my first time conducting a meta-analysis I am trying to conduct a test for interaction for subgroup analysis to see if there is a difference in the effect sizes across subgroups however I am not sure how to code this. Is this the same as the test for heterogeneity between sub-groups?
