I am trying to estimate the ethnic pay gap in Sri Lanka and want to use oaxaca decomposition to estimate the explained and unexplained parts of the ethnic gap. However, there are three main ethnicities. Due to this reason I am unable to run oaxaca command with three dummies. Is there any solution for this ?
