Dear statalists,
I'm writing my master thesis and have come across some data handling-issues. I use monthly trade data from Eurostat and would like to have one variable for value in euros, and one for kilos for each month and each product group in my dataset. However, when the data is downloaded this information is captured in the variable indicators and my question is simply how to create the variables for euros and kilos from the indicators one.
This is how it looks raw:
Array
And this is how I would like it.
Array
Many thanks in advance
/Sofie
