Dear all
I am working with crop productivity data from Bangladesh and attempting to identify observations that are duplicates with name misspellings, permutation and alternate spellings. All of the variables are strings. each observation contains a Plot name, Household ID, Plot code, crop name, output, price, quantity etc. I have tried correcting for the misspellings, however there are still quite a few errors which exist. I tried using the matchit command for the same, however it shows the following result:
freqindex not found.
matchit requires freqindex to be installed. You can get it in SSC.
invalid syntax
r(111)
What should I do?
Thank you in advance for all the help.
