Hi all,
Is there a way to calculate these in STATA? I am carrying out a study relating to medication use and cancer outcomes in a cohort of breast cancer patients. I have parameters such as number of patients, the overall survival rate, and the prevalence of medication use. We want to detect the minimum hazard ratio which would be detectable with these parameters at 80% power. Is this possible?
Thanks, Oliver
