Hello All,
I am running a dynamic panel with 5,000 firms and 9 year sample period. One of the control variables is equal zero for 6 years (there was no occurrence in the period), but after a change in legislation some occurrences have been reported in recent years.
I am worried about zero-inflated. Is this a problem? Is the result valid?
Thanks for your time.
