Dear Stata users,
I was wondering whether there are any options to perform cluster validation in Stata. I am interested in internal validity measures such as cohesion and separation. I know its possible to calculate the Silhouette index, what about the Dunn Index? I would also like to perform some external validation ( such as entropy, purity, Jaccard measure for partitional clustering and F-measure for hierarchical clustering). Finally I want to validiate the stability of my clusters. Is there any Stata package I could possibly use?
Many thanks in advance!
