Hello, I am trying to compare the intraocular pressure (IOP, a continuous variable) between two treatment groups, both eyes of the patient are given the same treatment.
As both eyes from the same patient are included, I was told by my professor that I cannot use the independent T-test because of the inter-eye correlation.
I am very new to Stata and I would appreciate it if anyone could please share with me the code to perform this analysis.
