Hi,

I am working with two rounds of Indian Development Human Survey Data of round 1 and 2 (individual and household data). I combined the individual rounds and the household rounds and then combined them together. The first round was collected in 2005 and the second round was collected in 2012.

The rounds follow the same household and individuals over time. However, there is no time variable in the data which I can use to specify the time and panel variable. Should I generate a new year variable?

(I somehow cannot show it with dataex as there are too many variables)
