Dear statalist,
I have a dynamic panel for 20 years. However, data on one variable of interest is collected only among those new participants at the baseline interview. Now my question is: suppose I will use the value of the variable at the baseline as the reference, how can I spread the reference's values to other observations at different years. For example: Suppose my raw data looks like what present at the left panel. What code will help me make the final data look like what present at the right panel.
Thanks in advance!
