Hi
I am working on retinal thickness of 68 eyes measured by 2 devices. I calculated the spearman correlation between 2 measurements. However, there are some eyes(6) that belong to 3patients (2 eyes for each patient) which means these eyes have some correlation inside themselves. I wonder to know how I could do spearmen correlation for 68 eyes considering this inter-eye correlation between 6 eyes?
