Hello All,
I have a dataset of individuals that were infected with a virus (one row for each individual) and individuals that were exposed (one row per contact) to these cases when they were infectious (i.e at different levels of risks of developping the disease). I would like to do a schematic of cases and their contacts to try and visually follow the spread of the disease. Is there a way to accomplish this using Stata?
Thank you for your time and help,
Patrick
