Hello,
I'm trying to import excel data into stata and it seems to misplace some values. Most values are in the matched cell as in the excel spreadsheet but some values are in the wrong column or row. Let's say I have a "industry" variable and one of its value is like "Wholesale/Trade - footwear, clothes, accessories." Although these whole phrases should be in one cell, they are somehow separated and appear in the two different cells and not even in the continuous cells. e.g. "clothes, accessories" in the totally random cell far below. Do you know why this happens and how to correct them? I hope that I don't do this manually...
Thank you for your help in advance!
