I'm planning for Blinder–Oaxaca decomposition for a study. In the standard B-O decomposition there are two groups. In my study, there are three groups (employed, unemployed, and not in the labor force). Can anyone guide me from the basics to estimate the decomposition?
Thanks in advance!
