Hello STATALIST family. I am interested with reporting prevalence for severity of depressive symptoms (mild, moderate, moderately severe and severe as measured by PHQ-9 tool) by HIV status (HIV infected versus HIV uninfected). For the socio-demographic characteristics, there is significant difference between the two groups (HIV+ and HIV-) on 4 variables. Is there a syntax I can apply to calculate prevalence estimates (with 95% CI and p-value) adjusting for the observed differences?
