I got the following results through oaxaca two-fold method.

I used ln(wage) for the dependent variable.
I wonder the unit of results.
Is it dollar? or is it just a number of scales?
If it is a number of scales, I would like to know how to convert these values into dollars.
for example, I want a conversion method like "5.12 is $60"
Is there anyone who can help me?.....
