Hie there!
I would like to identify the family of distribution to use in a GLM model and i've seen the Modified Park test recommended by Manning and Mullahy (2001) being recommended.
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the Stata command for this test or where can i install the command from? I've seen past posts directing towards this glm diagnostic package (http://www.uphs.upenn.edu/dgimhsr/eeinct_multiv.htm) which isn't available anymore on the site.
Was hoping someone could help me with this. Thank you in advance!
