Dear all,
I have come across 2 methods of addressing endogeneity in ppml models, the use of bilateral country-pair fixed effects and the iv-poisson model. I would like to inquire about the rationale behind the two models, i.e. when is it advisable to use bilateral country-pair fixed effects or the iv-poisson?
