With stata, I would like for each line of patient, to apply in a number of lines which corresponds to each year of its follow-up. For example, for the subject A0001 : he came in the study from 2004 (variable ddfup) to 2015 (variable dffup): so he will have 11 lines: from 2004 to 2015
