Hello, first time poster here. Having a little trouble with something and was looking for a bit of help
I have
variable 1: male teachers
variable 2: female teachers
and generate a new dummy variable Dmorefemales = female teachers > male teachers (as I want to show the effect of having more female teachers than male on education)
When I run my regression, do I include male and female teachers with the dummy, or do I exclude them due to multicollinearity or the variables with the dummy variable?
Thanks very much,
Raj
