Hi there,
Sorry for a really beginner question. I am trying to add value labels to organise my data better, but I can't seem to value label the default missing values on Stata which is seen as '.'. I would like to assign a value, i.e. "0 = '.'". Is there any work around for labelling the dot?
I tried recoding the missing values as 99 but I still wasn't able to add value labels to show, i.e. 0 = '99'
Please advise, thanks so much.
