Can anyone help me to estimate Bank's Cost efficiency and Lerner index for competition estimation in panel data using Stochastic Frontier Analysis in Stata?
Can I get Stata Command?
I am attaching the relevant dataset in excel form.
Should I measure cost efficiency estimate annually or through panel framework?
