These days I am working on my master thesis on Leverage effect to the future returns.
Obviously, firts part of my study referes to the description of data obtained. Unfortuneatelly I have face a proble at the very beggining.

My research advisor asked me to report such kind of table (one in the attachment), but I dont know how it could be done.

I have already devided sample into deciles by the book-to-price values, but i cannt understand how to report them into the same table
