Hello everyone,
Let me first say that I'm a completely new when it comes to statistics. I'm analyzing Panel data for 50 countries, the property(house) price over 20 years. The country could either be part of the EMU(Eurozone) , or it is a non-EMU country according to my dummy (Eurozone=1,0 Otherwise). I'm wondering which regression and/or estimator I should use? I used:
Xtreg Y Euro(dummy), Cluster(I'd)
But my teacher said I shouldnt use this one, as FE effects might not be a good choice as most of your data starts from 1992. My identification only rests on few countries that joined the Eurozone after 1992 Could anybody help me?
Thanks a lot, your fellow statalist
