Hi All,
Can I please request some advice on the following.
I have produced a Kaplan Meier Curve looking at a variable that is grouped in tertiles (i.e three groups)
By default, the log-rank test in stata compares all three tertiles.
I was wondering whether there was a way to compare two specific tertiles rather than considering all groups ? (i.e log-rank between tertile 1 and tertile 3).
Does anyone know how this could be done ?
Many thanks,
Tejas.
