It's the first time that I'm trying to work with xml files. Unfortunately, in this post I'm not able to attach the xml file that I'm trying to read in STATA, but for those of you that would be so ke kind to help me it can found at this link

Then:
- selecting at "publication date" 01/03/2021 - 01/03/2021
- It appears only one file named "DLTECR_20210301_1of1.zip", that contains the xml file.

I tried to use many packages such as usexmlex package or xmluse.

In particular, by using xmluse I have the following error message

unrecognizable XML doctype
I have also tried to use exel to open the file. Nevertheless, excel misses some columns when importing it which I'm sure has to be in the file.

I'm using stata 15.1 version in case could be helpful.
