I need help
Can anyone give me an insight to the problem?
my objective is to analyse the effect of inflow of FDI on innovation. I have data on industry specific FDI and innovation. However other control variables are firm specific. If I run a fixed effect panel regression ( Suggested by Hausman) will it be econometrically correct? Can I control for firm specific variables?
