Hi, I'm new to Statalist. I've a doubt about composite index construction approach starting from binary data. I've a panel of about 400 companies and for each of them I've four binary data (Yes/No) coming from manual searching (google, company websites etc.). In order to obtain a syntetic indicatore, what could be the best approach to use? I read somethin about mca approach and IRT model.
Thank you
