Hello everyone,
I am a STATA novice and still getting to grips with the software.
I am running a logit model and trying to include year fixed effects on Panel data from 2010-2019. I used i.year dummy variable however because the event I am studying does not occur in year t, the presence of a year dummy means that Stata omits the year dummy and the observation for that year.
I have been advised to change my approach, instead expressing all variables in deviation from the cross-section mean of that variable. I have searched around but am yet to find the commands to achieve this, any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks
