Goodmorning all,
For my masters thesis I have to do some cross-sectional regressions, using the modified jones model for example. Our teacher wrote a global guide on how to do this, so I tried copying it. However, I am stuck on the actual regression part, all other variables are generated nicely. I get an 'invalid syntax' error after the last line of regression-code. The goal is to create a loop that runs the regression for all 352 companies for 5 years and estimates their error terms. Below is the code I used. I really hope anyone can help me out here, as this is the last part I need in order to complete my thesis! Thanks in advance!
