Dear all,
Thanks to Prof Baum, a new package I named f_able, is now available on SSC.
This command aims to help obtain marginal effects when transformations other than interactions and polynomials are used in the model specification. This is a workaround that extends the capabilities of margins, so you could directly estimate margins of things like splines, logs, fractional polynomials, etc.
I have linked in the reference section a paper that describes how margins work, and how the command works. You can refer to it if you find the program useful.
I also added quite a few examples in the helpfile.
While I have tried to find most of the "bugs" before posting the program, I would appreciate if you let me know any problems you may face with this program.
Best Regards
Fernando
