Dear all,
I am working with panel data and when I use the command: hausman fe re, force, I get the following:
chi2(55) = (b-B)'[(V_b-V_B)^(-1)](b-B)
= -0.10 chi2<0 ==> model fitted on these
data fails to meet the asymptotic
assumptions of the Hausman test;
Does anyone know how can I overcome this issue? I can not find a clear answer.
Kind Regards,
Katerina
