I'm working with a dataset of ~1000 variables and ~5000 observations. Whenever I try to do my analysis .do file all at once, Stata prints out a bunch of random symbols and gives error codes (see attached image for an example). . When I do one line a time, it seems to work okay (but obviously this is not practical). Does anyone have any experience with this?
