Dear StataList,
I am trying to estimate the effect of Stochastic Frontier analysis under self-selection using panel data.
I want to combine the Method developed by Greene 2010 with a multinomial endogenous switching regression.
Is there any inbuilt STATA command or any other command to do this?
Any help is appreciated!
Thank you
