Hi,
I have a panel data for 24 years. I want to see how state governments allocate total budget among five categories. For this my dependent variable is share of budget allocated to each category in each year by each state government. In addition I want to use state fixed effects and year fixed effects as well. I was looking for code on : "fractional multinomial logit with fixed effects" I have found a command FMLOGIT on Stata but this is for cross sectional analysis. I have panel data and I assume lagged dependent variable to be associated in each share equation. In that case linear model will be endogenous. Can you help me in this regard.
With Best Regards,
