I am doing a proportion meta-analysis with metaprop module. my data contains few 0 cells therefore i used freeman-turkey double arscine transoformation. The computed estimates appears much different than without transformation. Please help which method should i use.
I have attached my analysis 1) without any transformation 2) with only continuity correction (0.5) and 3) with ftt transformation.
Please help
