Hi, I am working on data set with two-time points. Exposure (y) at the first time point and outcome (x) at second-time point after 15 years. There are many time-varying covariates like continuous BMI and categorical ones including the history of hypertension or diabetes recorded at 'both time points'. I am thinking of what test to use for the analysis would mixed or xthybrid would suit the research? Could we use categorical variables in xthybrid? Any suggestion will be much appreciated.
Thanks
