Hello everyone,
I unfortunately have another question!
I am looking into how to adjust the regression equation for the dynamic treatment effect in the diff-in-diff setting.
https://www.annualreviews.org/doi/pd...-040617-013507. On page 8 the regression equation is shown:
Ygt=ag+bt+Dgtδ+S∑s=1Dg,t+sγs+M∑mDg,t−mλs+ gt.
How do I adjust the s and m values (thresholds) in my sample?
I have the event 0 and three days prior (lead 1,2,3) and three days after (lag 1,2,3)
My ommited baseline category is lead 3 (t+3), which I do not include in the regression.
Question:
What values do I need to put under and above the sigma (sum) for the lags and leads?
For leads: s = 1 and S = 2 and for lags: m = 1 and M = 3 ??
Any help is very appreciated!!
