Hi all,

I have sectoral data (isiccomb1) per year and country. I am getting the error message "repeated time values within panel" . When I try:

egen country_sector=group(country isiccomb1)

or

egen country_year=group(country year)

I still keep getting the same error of repeated time values within panel. I know I could simply ignore the time component but I need to construct leads (forward lags) on my regressions. Please, see the dataex of my data. Countries are coded by number as well as sector (isiccomb1)
