Experienced Stata ADO & mata programmer needed for part-time work on multiverse robustness analysis.
My existing Stata ADO package is called “multivrs”. I’m looking for a programmer to continue supporting and advancing the capabilities of the package. Please examine the code on ssc to see what you think.
Essential to the project: (1) experience writing complex ADO packages and programming in mata, (2) strong communication skills, (3) availability for zoom meetings in afternoon and/or evenings Eastern time, and (4) US residency with a green card or citizenship.
Time commitment: modest but longer-term. After initial (paid) start-up training hours, work will be about 5 hours a week on average over the next year. Tasks will involve software testing and bug fixing using real data sets, as well as adding new features to the program.
Hourly pay is negotiable, depending on experience.
To apply, please send your C.V. and an example of an ADO package you have written to cristobal.young@cornell.edu.
