Hello all,
I have a dataset (n=301) that describes the incidence of hypothermia (binary outcome) by environmental temperature (continuous predictor). However, there is some granularity in the data (uneven distribution of datapoint across the range of temperature) limiting graphical representation of % hypothermia incidence by quintiles of environmental temperature, which was my first thought (a bit crude I know...). A lowess plot looks like this:
Array
Which does the job for me, but is likely to meet resistance in the journal I'm targeting. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
