Hi everyone, I am working with a panel data about the living conditions of individuals in different countries and I have observations covering the period 2012-2015. Every individual is identified by an ID and he/she is present in the panel for at least 3 years. I created a dummy variable (poverty) taking value 1 if the individual was poor in a certain year and 0 otherwise. Now, I would like to count how many individuals were poor for 0,1,2,3 or 4 periods. Do you have any suggestions? Maybe it is easier than I think.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Andrea
