I am running the command mi impute chained (regress) x y z = a b c, add (10) burnin (100) rseed (1234) savetrace(Trace,replace)

I have created two imputed files, using the same variables and the same command. However, the trace plots are drastically different. I would not expect such a huge change. Can anyone tell me the reason for this?
