Dear All,
I am using the package cart version 06/09/2004.
My input is the following:
.cart Age Diabetes HTN IHD, time( MACE_FU_YEARS ) fail( MACE ) minfail(20)
I have attached the output below.
After looking at prior papers I believe that N=number, F=events, RHR= hazard ratio
Is there a method by which we can obtain the confidence intervals (and/or p-value) corresponding to a RHR produced by the cart function.
For example; split -> IHD, Age 16-18, Diabetes 0, HTN 0 gives a RHR of 0.22. Is there a way of obtaining the corresponding 95% CI's ? Thank you.
Regards, Tejas
